About our Brands

I am so excited to have been able to include some great brands in the boxes. All are of the highest quality and have great stories behind their brands and their reason for being.

Bare Bones Chocolate

This chocolate is sooo moorish! Created by the lovely Lara and Cameron, Bare Bones Chocolate  is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow. As chocolate and speciality food enthusiasts, they wanted to create a brand that was built on incredible chocolate with impeccable detail through every process. Their chocolate is made in a tiny workshop in micro-batches of around 8kg at a time. They highlight the importance of good chocolate – free from emulsifiers and additives.

The Burning Bean Co.

I was so pleased to find this local producer of soy candles. Based in Northamptonshire, they produce bespoke, vegan friendly, hand poured, 100% soy wax candles scented using essential oils. They have a lovely range of fragrance options, and I have picked a couple of my favourites for the boxes.

Fox's Felts
I was looking for a stylishly designed teether, and Fox's Felts was an ideal find. Not only for the teethers but also for their lovely muslins. It is a family business that makes high quality, safe and inspiring teething products and toys for ages 0-4 Years. They create beautiful baby gifts, teething jewellery for new mums, lovely baby shower gift sets and are adding to their collections every year.
Skin & Tonic
The story behind the development of Skin & Tonic is one that really resonated with me. After bereavement and health issues, Sarah the founder went on to form her business with her partner Josh. She developed products that are free from endocrine disruptors (linked with fertility illnesses), carcinogens and the hundreds of skin irritants that can be found in many conventional beauty products. After studying skincare formulation and essential oil science the range is fresh, gentle, pared-back and effective.
Having always been a fan of this brand, I am pleased to be able to include it in some of the boxes. Teapigs formed in November 2006 with one mission – to get the nation drinking real tea again. They make a big thing about real, quality tea, sourced sustainably, in packaging that’s better for the environment. They also give back to the communities where the tea is sourced. Great products with a great company ethos.
