Founder

As a Mum, healer and someone who holds space for others, I often see people putting themselves last. Improving wellbeing doesn't have to be complicated. It starts with simple practices and small moments of stillness. Not just a beautiful pamper box, I wanted to create something to give people the tools and the permission to slow down, to reconnect and to take care of themselves with intention. Supporting Mind, Body, Soul and Space, this is the gift of real lasting wellbeing.
