We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and email hello@thewellbeingbox.com with images of the damages for the team to send replacement items out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily replace specific damaged items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thewellbeingbox.com and arrange to send the damaged item to us.
