Refunds
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what was described, email hello@thewellbeingbox.com within 10 days with a photo and I’ll replace it. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here limits.
Because the boxes are curated and many items are single-use, I don’t offer change-of-mind returns on opened boxes. Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily replace specific damaged items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thewellbeingbox.com and arrange to send the damaged item to us.
