I started with the sleep meditation and loved it so much I decided to get the whole set. I’ve been loving doing these at different times of day for different purposes, especially the one made to go out walking… it has really helped me slow down and be more present to everything going on around me.
Kelly, thank you. The walking one is my quiet favourite too, so I am glad it is the one that found you. Being present while you are already moving is a harder trick than doing it lying still, and it sounds like you have got the hang of it. Starting with one and coming back for all of them is the best thing you could have told me.
