Intention: To stop trying.

For nights when your body is ready and your mind isn’t.

This one doesn’t ask you to try to sleep. It begins by taking that job away from you entirely - because trying is usually the thing keeping you awake.

There’s no bright ending and no wake-up. The words thin out, the music fades, and you’re left in the dark. You don’t have to make it to the end.

34 minutes: about 30 of guidance, then music that fades to silence so nothing wakes you.

Opens with a chime tuned to 528 Hz, and carries a continuous 417 Hz binaural tone underneath. Best heard on headphones.

Kelly

My only regret is I never get to hear the end of all the beautiful messages in it! Does the job perfectly.

Kelly, that is the best compliment a sleep meditation can be given. You are not really meant to hear the end. The messages at the close are there for the nights you stay awake, and it sounds like you are not having many of those.
